The construction project was a massive earth-moving endeavor that involved various critical tasks. These included the placement of compacted clay borrow materials, rip rap for erosion control, and the construction and installation of complex water management systems. Additionally, the project required the installation of an engineered multi-layer geosynthetic liner system complete with a leachate collection system, ensuring the integrity and safety of the landfill.
