Community Support

Tri-Core is committed to supporting the growth of our team and their families—both on and off the job site. Since launching our internal scholarship and bursary program in 2022, we’ve awarded over $50,000 in financial assistance to support post-secondary education for employees and their dependents.

Our support includes:

• Four named memorial scholarships honouring past team members and their contributions to Tri-Core
• Corporate bursaries to help offset tuition, tools, and textbook costs
• Annual financial assistance for employees and their children pursuing careers in trades, engineering, project management, and related fields

In addition to our internal program, we:

• Support capital projects at post-secondary institutions across Manitoba, including major investments in technical and engineering education
• Sponsor youth sports teams and community programming, with a focus on Indigenous youth.

We believe that investing in people, early and often, is one of the most meaningful ways we can build strong families, strong communities, and a strong future for our industry.

Tri-Core is deeply committed to Indigenous economic development and reconciliation through action. We actively:

• Support Indigenous training and employment by working with local hiring and mentorship programs
• Participate in Joint Ventures and project governance models that ensure equitable outcomes and long-term impact
• Collaborate with First Nations leadership and businesses to deliver infrastructure that reflects community values, priorities, and participation

We understand that true partnership is built on trust, shared vision, and accountability. These values guide every Indigenous engagement we’re part of—from small contracts to multi-year infrastructure initiatives.
